Why shops work with us

We bring buyers whose keyboard cases fit your shop. The rest you agree with the buyer.

Buyers who fit your shop

Requests are matched to your machines, the alloys and finishes you run and the quantities you take.

Requests you can judge

Each preview shows the part, alloy, finish, quantity, tolerance and deadline, so you see the fit before you take the request.

The customer is yours

You quote, agree terms and deliver to the buyer directly. No commission on the order.

Want help handling overseas buyers, from the first reply to delivery? Email and we will talk it through.

How it works for shops

  1. Register

Tell us your machines, your travel, the materials you run and who does your finishing.

  2. Get previews

We send RFQ previews that match your envelope, your materials and the finishes you can actually deliver.

  3. Take the lead

Pay only for the requests you want to quote. No subscription, no commission.

  4. Quote directly

You get the designer's contact and files and deal with them yourself.

Who qualifies

We keep the list short so designers get serious quotes and each shop gets requests it can win. None of this is a certification. It is what a keyboard run actually needs.

  • You have finished cosmetic partsAluminium that a person will hold and look at, not a bracket that goes inside a machine. A witness mark that measures fine still scraps a case.
  • A finishing route you controlAnodising in house, or a named anodiser you have worked with long enough to batch a top and bottom together and repeat the colour six months later.
  • Travel for a full caseA TKL or full size case needs the envelope. Tell us your largest work area so we do not send you requests your machines cannot hold.
  • You quote a realistic overageCosmetic scrap is normal. A shop that promises exactly 200 from 200 blanks has not run this work.
  • You hold a dateThese runs have public ship dates and paying backers. Say no to a date you cannot hold rather than take it and slip.
  • ConfidentialityYou sign an NDA when the designer asks for one, before the files move, and you do not show their design to anyone else.

We do not ask for a certification. What we check is whether you have finished cosmetic aluminium before and whether you can repeat a colour on a second batch.

Buyers on this site ask about the finish before they ask about the price. Colour repeatability across batches is the question that decides most of these jobs.

Questions shops ask

What kind of requests will I get?

Machined mechanical keyboard cases, plates, weights and badges. Mostly 6061 and 6063 aluminium with Type II anodising, in quantities between 50 and 500, from designers, group buy runners and small vendors who already have a finished CAD model.

What does a lead cost?

You see the price on every preview before you decide. You pay per request you take, there is no subscription and we take no commission on the order you win.

Do I need a certification to register?

No. This is consumer hardware, not a regulated industry, and we do not ask you to claim a standard you do not hold. What matters here is cosmetic control: how you blast, who anodises, and whether you can repeat a colour on a second batch six months later.

Can I see the request before I pay?

Yes. The preview shows the part, the alloy, the finish, the quantity, the tolerance and the deadline, with the buyer identity hidden. You pay only for requests you want to quote.

Who owns the buyer relationship?

You do. Once you take the request you get the contact details and the files and you deal with the buyer yourself. We do not sit in the middle of the quote, the order or the payment.

What happens if a request turns out to be wrong for me?

Tell us and we settle it with you directly while the written terms are being finalised. We would rather lose one lead fee than send you a second request that does not fit.

How many shops see the same request?

Up to 3. We do not blast a drawing to a list. A buyer who gets fifteen quotes stops answering, and a shop that quotes against fourteen others stops taking the requests seriously.
